Rachel: I never realized how strange The Smurfs is until I watched it as an adult.
Terin: It's out of the Netherlands/Belgium, I believe.
Rachel: Really?! That makes sense; in the episode I'm watching there is a character named Johan and folklore about witches cursing the countryside.
Terin: Think about the clogs and bonnety/stoner hat things! And all the mushroom imagery.
Rachel: I wish I was better at drawing so I could get high and make cartoons all day for a living.
Terin: Just practice! I think it would be enjoyable to do, unlike the flute.
